EXECUTIVE CHEF JOEY BOOTERBAUGH //
Chef Booterbaugh arrives to the Bay Area from Los Angeles, where he was a part of the hospitality team behind adored neighborhood spots like Bar Angeles in Silver Lake and Café Birdie in Highland Park. As Executive Chef, he specialized in California and Mediterranean cooking with an emphasis on seasonality and utilizing the region’s abundance of fresh produce. Prior, he was Chef de Cuisine at seafood mainstay The Hungry Cat, with locations in both Santa Monica and Hollywood.
Under Chef Booterbaugh’s purview, Fifth Arrow will feature a dynamic pizza program with authentic pies cooked in a Marsal Pizza Oven, plus house-made pastas; seasonal entrees, shared plates and side dishes; a daily-changing whole fish special; a not-so-secret off-menu burger; and delectable desserts – all made with highly seasonal, local ingredients.
